Bank Hall Station Liverpool

Sculptures by Phil Bews, set in Historic Horse/Cattle Drinking Troughs

Sculptures by Phil Bews, set in Historic Horse/Cattle Drinking Troughs It is believed that these historic Horse/Cattle Drinking Troughs

were once situated on the Dock Road, they could be over 200 years old. Around 1992 the sculptor Phil Bews created these different

pieces of art to brighten up Bank Hall Station. They were the first pieces of art work to be cast by Chris Butler of Castle Fine Arts.

For 18 years they adorned the station until some mindless idiot decided to smash the troughs and steal several of these sculptors.
