· Location: 16 Church Street on the corner of Williamson Street
· Designer: Herbert J. Rowse
· Architectural features: rounded-arched windows to the upper floors and the carved columns
· The main architectural feature was the elaborately carved main entrance, which has been demolished
· In Williamson Street can be found two roundels by Tyson Smith, depicting mermaid carrying coins in a scarf
